Dr. Frank J. Alfano has been practicing veterinary medicine for the past 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont and Areneta University in the Philippines.
Background
He is a former Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines. Dr. Alfano opened Deer Run Veterinary Services in 1986. He has special interests in population control of dogs and cats in third world countries.
